3. Regulation 16 - Public Consultation (September 2019)
Haworth, Cross Roads and Stanbury Parish Council submitted their proposed Neighbourhood Development Plan to the Council under Regulation 15 of the Neighbourhood Planning (General) Regulations 2012 on 6 August 2019.
In accordance with Regulation 16 (Publicising a Plan Proposal), the Council invited representations from organisations and individuals on the submitted NDP and supporting documents.

The evidence base used to support the submitted NDP, together with information on previous stages was available via the Haworth, Cross Roads and Stanbury Parish Council Neighbourhood Plan website.
The consultation period ran from Tuesday 17 September to Tuesday 29 October 2019. Representations were made electronically and in writing, from ten respondents, and can be viewed below:
